Your seller uses MyStoreRewards to create and execute your seller's own unique reward program. A participating seller applies software available through our site www.MyStoreRewards.com (the "Site") to that seller's transaction information to provide a buyer (you) with a cash reward for joining the seller's reward program and for making subsequent purchases from the seller. Seller transactional information used on our Site includes information the seller receives when they transact with you. Specifically, transactional information includes your payment amount to the seller, your payment method, your email address, the date and time of your transaction, along with other relevant transaction information provided by you to your seller during your transaction. By joining your seller's MyStoreRewards program, you authorize your seller to provide us with your transactional information to issue your reward(s) and otherwise operate the seller's MyStoreRewards program.
Sellers are required to post an image notification to you regarding their use of MyStoreRewards on their item listing pages or on their web-site. This notification includes a promise to you of a percentage of sale cash-rebate reward if you join the seller's MyStoreRewards program. To satisfy the seller's promise, you will receive an invitation email as described in the image notification. The invitation email is sent to the email associated with your payment account and is not spam because it is an integral part of your original transaction. The invitation email satisfies the promise of the seller to issue you a reward if you join the seller's MyStoreReward program. .
After you accept the invitation to join the seller's MyStoreRewards program, software on our Site will calculate your rebate reward payment amount. Our software will also facilitate the issuing of your rebate reward(s). Your reward will be rebated to the payment account used in the original transaction and your account must be able to accept rebates. PLEASE NOTE: The reward is issued to you by your seller and your seller is solely responsible for issuing your reward. MyStoreRewards is only a facilitator of rewards between you and your seller.
When you accept a MyStoreRewards invitation from your seller, you are also providing your opt-in permission to receive emails from MyStoreRewards. As long as you remain opted-in to receive emails from MyStoreRewards, you can qualify for future rewards and we will send you emails as described in this policy. We do not sell or rent your personal information to any other third parties for their marketing purposes. If you wish to stop receiving marketing communications from us, simply indicate your preference by clicking the opt-out link in any email sent to you or by visiting www.MyStoreRewards.com and choosing the opt-out link. You may opt-out at any time. PLEASE NOTE: Upon opt-out, all future cash rewards you may be qualified for will cease to be available to you. If your seller leaves our service for any reason, they may request a list of the opted-in buyer email addresses under their account on our services, which will include your email address if you are opted-in. Prior to providing your seller with your email address, you will receive an email notifying you that your seller has requested your email address. The email will provide you with a full copy of your seller's then active privacy and email policies which you may review. The email will also include an opt-in link. You will have seven-days to confirm your opt-in to the seller's servers. Thereafter, we will provide your seller only with opted-in email addresses. Otherwise, you will continue to receive marketing emails promoting reward offers from our servers.

- provide the services and customer support you request;
- issue a reward to your payment transaction account;
- tell you about targeted marketing, service updates, and promotional offers based on your purchase patterns and communication preferences; and compare information for accuracy, and verify it with third parties.

To use our services and to receive any potential reward, you must be opted-in to MyStoreRewards and our email services. By opting-in to MyStoreRewards you are also opting-in to receive emails through our servers. If your seller chooses to leave our service, they may request your email address. Prior to providing your email address to the seller we may send you an email notifying you that your seller has requested your email address. The email we send will provide you with a full copy of your seller's then active privacy and email policies which you may review. The email will also include an opt-in link. You will have seven-days to directly opt-in to your seller's email list. Thereafter, we will provide your seller only with opted-in email addresses. Accessing, Reviewing and Changing Your Personal Information
Other than your opt-in status, to change any of your personal information such as your payment transaction account email, notify the seller who provides you with your rewards and request that the seller update your account on our Site.
Your information is stored on our servers located in the United States. We treat data as an asset that must be protected and use lots of tools (encryption, passwords, physical security, etc.) to protect your personal information against unauthorized access and disclosure. However, as you probably know, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications, and other users may abuse or misuse your personal information that they collect from the Site. Therefore, although we work very hard to protect your privacy, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information or private communications will always remain private.
